Welcome! I'm Debbie New.

I've been teaching art for 30+ years, so I have a great amount of experience under my belt.

 I attended Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, and earned my Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Illustration.  

My classes are very calm and low-key, and expect Juniper to be at every class to greet you and your child at the door. She's exceptionally friendly and patient, as Golden Retrievers are, so I hope you're not allergic! My classes usually have about 8 students per class in them, and I offer my classes to ages 6+.                                                         

There are no set topics or project completion dates, so come prepared with ideas! I also provide a copious amount of books, papers, and concepts for students who aren't feeling incredibly creative. Everyone is working on their own projects, so excessive talking is discouraged.                                      

Everyone has an artist in them and I have had numerous students over the years.

Participating in class will be a fun, confidence-building opportunity, so come to class ready to reach for the stars!
